Who is responsible

The legal details of the controller will be added here before the site goes into use. For any question, write to us at info@emibooking.eu.

What we collect

Only what you fill in yourself:

• your name
• your e-mail address
• your phone number
• the requested artist
• the date, start time and location of your event
• your message, if you write one

Our server also records your IP address briefly, purely to stop abuse of the form. We never keep it in readable form: it is turned into an irreversible code straight away.

Why we use them

To handle your request, send you a quote and discuss the booking with you. Nothing else.

Legal basis: article 6.1.b GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For securing the form we rely on article 6.1.f GDPR, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Who we share them with

We never sell, rent or trade your details, and never use them for advertising.

To run the website we use two processors:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and storing the requests. Our database sits in the European Union.
• Resend, for sending the e-mails. Resend sends from Ireland but stores logs and metadata in the United States. That transfer runs on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Beyond that, nobody sees your details unless the law obliges us.

How long we keep them

Your request stays on file for 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation or find an earlier booking. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no trackers. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, and it works without cookies and without following you around the internet. That is why you see no cookie banner here.

The typefaces load from our own server, so no request goes to Google when you visit this page.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict the processing, receive it in a readable format and object. One e-mail to info@emibooking.eu is enough. We reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

Automated decision-making

There is none. Every request is read and answered by a human being.

Security

All connections are encrypted over HTTPS. Access to the requests is password protected and limited to the manager.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new date appears at the top of this page.
